The 2018 vintage is a blend of Chabe, Grippat, Hermitage and MS clone which were blended at the winery. Aged in French oak barriques through winter before malo in spring, rested and then blended on 6 November 2019 before bottling without fining. Aromas of violets and boysenberry and bramble, the palate is complex
