Aromas of lemon and lime leap from the glass, followed by hints of orange rind, wet steel and chalky minerality. The palate is driven by zesty citrus, sculpted by crisp, laser like acidity that gives the wine tension and focus. Subtle notes of orange zest, chalk and steely minerals build through the back half, finishing long, dry and beautifully zippy.
